Embroidered Cover and Inside Spread for New York Times Magazine's Book Review
This was created as part of a project for my Advanced Illustration Class. I hand embroidered both the eye on the cover and the spool for the inside spread. I then photographed them and used Indesign to incorporate them into the page designs. The designs were based off of actual reviews of Kassia St. Clair's book The Secret Lives of Color.
